The application material is 3 dimensional siliconized polyester fiber that 7D*64mm is the best material choice.
The ball fiber size can be adjusted by the producing time that already setup in the control screen that the bigger ball fiber size, the shorter producing time. The smaller fiber ball, the longer producing time.
The ball fiber quality usually is affected by the different material feature.
The whole line can be handled by 2 operators with simple operation.
